Abstract

This paper shows the general characteristics of LLC "Oriental", it's production and organizational structure. The analysis of methods for systems implementation of key performance indicators and shortly review for KPI monitoring information systems were made. Studies on: the choice of units, the strategic choice the KPI, the choice of indicators for units, the choice of indicators for the employees, the definition of database and order payments - were made.
