Abstract

В дипломной работе на тему «Формирование деловой репутации коммерческой организации средствами PR (на примере книжного издательства детской литературы «Поляндрия»)» проводится исследование специфики работы PR-специалиста над репутацией компании занимающейся книгопечатанием. Рассматриваются основные способы ведения данной деятельности в условиях российского рынка книгоиздания, проблемы и тенденции развития данной отрасли. В заключительной части выпускной квалификационной работы даны предложения по усовершенствованию функционирования PR-отдела издательства «Поляндрия».

The research paper titled "Formation of goodwill profit organization means PR (on the example of book publishers of children's literature" Polyandriya ")" conducted a study the specifics of PR-specialist at a reputable company engaged in the printing press. The main ways of doing this activity in the conditions of the Russian publishing market, problems and development trends of the industry. The final part of the final qualification paper are proposals to improve the functioning of PR-department "Polyandriya" publishing.
