Abstract

Ð’ работе приведено обоснование актуальности замены резины на более совершенный эластомер - полиуретан. Представлены классификация и основные конструктивные параметры Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑÑÐ¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑˆÐ¸Ð½. Приведено описание экспериментальной установки для изучения вопросов нагрева упругого обода колеса при качении с проскальзыванием. Ð’ работе приведены эмпирические данные о величине предельной температуры, предельной деформации и максимальной скорости нагружения деталей вращения с упругим полиуретановым ободом.

The paper describes the case for the relevance of replacement tires for a better elastomer - polyurethane. The classification and the basic design parameters of domestic solid tires. The description of the experimental setup for studying the issues of heating elastic rim rolling with slippage. The paper presents empirical evidence on the magnitude of the temperature limit, ultimate strain and the maximum speed of rotation of the loading parts with an elastic polyurethane rim.
