Abstract

В бакалаврской работе произведен анализ исходных данных для разработки технологического процесса производства детали. Выбрано необходимое оборудование для изготовления детали. Выбран режущий и измерительный инструмент. Подробно разработано содержание технологических операций. В конструкторском разделе выполнен расчет и проектирование станочного приспособления и специального контрольного приспособления для одной из операций. В организационно-экономическом разделе приведено необходимое экономическое обоснование с выполнением технических и экономических расчетов.

The bachelor work performed analysis of baseline data for the development of the process of production parts. Joined the necessary equipment for manufacturing parts. Selected cutting and measuring tools. More developed content of technological operations. In the design section, made calculation and design of machine tools and special tools for the control of one of the operations. The organizational and economic section provides the necessary feasibility study to the implementation of technical and economic calculations.
