Abstract

Ð’ бакалаврской работе тема, которой «Конструкторско-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ðµ и инструментальное обеспечение изготовления детали "Корпус"» произведено усовершенствование существующего Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса обработки данной детали. Предварительно был осуществлен анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ обработки детали с определением стоимости заготовки. Произведен расчет режимов резания, выбран прогрессивный режущий инструмент известной фирмы Sandvik Coromant, рассчитаны припуски на Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÑƒÑŽ обработку, в качестве станочного оборудования был выбран станок наивысшей точности ИС800 - Глобус. Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ возможности этого станка позволяют произвести полную обработку детали всего за 2 операции. Ð’ данной работе осуществлена так же разработка станочного и контрольно-измерительного приспособлений, Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ успешного выполнения Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ и контроля качества обработки ÑÐ»Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹.

The bachelor work topic that "Design-engineering and tool maintenance manufacturing details "Framework", produced by the improvement of the existing technological process of processing the part. Preliminary analysis of the technological part was made to the definition of the value of the blank. The calculation of cutting conditions selected progressive cutting tool known firm Sandvik Coromant, designed for machining allowances, as machine tools machine the highest accuracy IS800 was chosen - Globe. Technological capabilities of this machine make it possible to make a full part in only 2 operation. In this study, carried out in the same machine, and the development of monitoring and measuring devices needed for the successful implementation of technical operations and quality control machining complex surfaces.
