Ð’ бакалаврÑкой работе тема, которой «КонÑтрукторÑко-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкое и инÑтрументальное обеÑпечение Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ "КорпуÑ"» произведено уÑовершенÑтвование ÑущеÑтвующего Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкого процеÑÑа обработки данной детали. Предварительно был оÑущеÑтвлен анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾Ñти обработки детали Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ ÑтоимоÑти заготовки. Произведен раÑчет режимов резаниÑ, выбран прогреÑÑивный режущий инÑтрумент извеÑтной фирмы Sandvik Coromant, раÑÑчитаны припуÑки на Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкую обработку, в качеÑтве Ñтаночного Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð» выбран Ñтанок наивыÑшей точноÑти ИС800 - ГлобуÑ. Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкие возможноÑти Ñтого Ñтанка позволÑÑŽÑ‚ произвеÑти полную обработку детали вÑего за 2 операции.
