Abstract

Проект посвящен совершенствованию технологии механической обработки. В дипломном проекте произведён сравнительный анализ способов механической обра­ботки. Представлены материалы о назначении, условиях работы и технологии механиче­ской обработки тел вращения. На основании анализа недостатков, существующего техно­логического процесса в дипломном проекте, была предложена замена универсальных станков на полуавтоматические станки с программным управлением. В дипломном проек­те произведён расчёт режимов резания, разработаны приспособление специальное и при­способление контрольное.

The project is dedicated to the improvement of machining technology. The thesis project produced a comparative analysis of the mechanical processing. The submissions on the appointment, conditions of work and the machining of bodies of revolution. Based on the analysis of shortcomings of the existing techno-logical process of the thesis project, was proposed the replacement of universal machines to semi-automatic machines with program control. The thesis project produced the calculation of cutting conditions, designed a special fixture if-sposobina and control.
