Abstract

Ð’ комплексной бакалаврской работе тема которой, «Модернизация фрезерного станка с ЧПУ» произведен расчёт режимов резания при обработке деталей на модернизированном станке для Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ как торцовое и концевое фрезерование, растачивание, сверление, нарезание резьбы метчиком. Произведена модернизация привода продольной подачи с кинематическим расчетом привода, определением тягового усилия, требуемой мощности и момента электродвигателя. Так же проведен расчёт узла с шариковым винтом и гайкой. Осуществлен расчёт устройства автоматической смены инструмента с определением ÐºÐ¸Ð½ÐµÐ¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð² магазина и времени смены инструментов для устройства автоматической смены инструмента. Присутствует описание устройства станка и его узлов.

The complex bachelor work topic that, "The modernization of the milling machine with numerical control machine" made the calculation modes of cutting for machining the upgraded machine for operations such as mechanical and end milling, boring, drilling, tapping. Modernization of the longitudinal feed drive with kinematic calculation drive, determination traction required power and torque of the motor. Just node calculation performed with a ball screw and a nut. Implemented calculation of the automatic tool change to the definition of the kinematic parameters of the store and the time change of tools for the automatic tool change. There is a machine description of the device and its components.
