Abstract

В комплексной бакалаврской работе тема которой, «Модернизация фрезерного станка с ЧПУ» произведен обзор конструкций современных станков фрезерной группы, выбраны рациональные основные технические характеристики модернизируемого станка. Произведен кинематический расчёт главного привода станка по известным в станкостроении методикам. Разработана кинематическая схема главного привода, определены числа зубьев зубчатых колёс, частоты вращения электродвигателя, мощности и моменты на шпинделе, модуль зубчатых колёс, межосевые расстояния и делительные диаметры зубчатых колёс, а также произведен расчёт наиболее нагруженной зубчатой передачи. Осуществлен расчёт шпинделя на жёсткость с расчётом подшипников качения шпинделя на динамическую грузоподъёмность и долговечность, рассчитаны усилия для затяжки оправки с инструментом в конусе шпинделя.

The complex bachelor work topic that, "The modernization of the milling machine with numerical control machine" produced an overview of the design of modern milling machines group selected rational basic technical characteristics of the modernized machine. Produced by kinematic calculation of the main drive of the machine according to known methods in the machine tool industry. A kinematic diagram of the main drive, determine the number of teeth of gears, motor speed, power and torque on the spindle module gears, spacing, and pitch diameter gears, as well as the calculation carried most heavily loaded gear. Spindle calculation done on the stiffness calculation of spindle rolling bearings for dynamic load-carrying capacity and durability, calculated effort to tighten the mandrel with the tool in the spindle cone.
