Abstract

Темой выпускной квалификационной работы является: «Шлифовальный обрабатывающий центр». Ð’ работе приведена методика расчета - привода подач модернизированного станка, с заменой коробки приводов подач шлифовального станка модели 3М151Ф2, от единого нерегулируемого двигателя переменного тока, на упрощенную с индивидуальными приводами подач от Ñ€ÐµÐ³ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ постоянного тока. Ð’ работе произведен расчет режимов резания на станке типа «Обрабатывающий центр», в качестве примера приведена обработка, детали типа «Вал». Осуществлен выбор и произведен расчет ÑÐ¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð»ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² гибкого автоматизированного участка, на базе обрабатывающего центра.

Theme of final qualifying work is "Grinding machining center". This paper presents a method of calculating the axis drive system of the modernized machine with the replacement box feed drives grinding machine model 3М151F2, from a single unregulated AC motor, to a simplified individual feed drives from adjustable high-torque DC motors. In the work the calculation of the cutting data on the machine "type Process to earn a center, an example of the processing parts of type "Shaft". Done the selection and calculation of components of flexible computer-aided phase, on the basis of the machining center.
