Темой выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ: «Шлифовальный обрабатывающий центр». Ð’ работе приведена методика раÑчета - привода подач модернизированного Ñтанка, Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ð¾Ð¹ коробки приводов подач шлифовального Ñтанка модели 3М151Ф2, от единого нерегулируемого Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ тока, на упрощенную Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ð¸Ð²Ð¸Ð´ÑƒÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ приводами подач от Ñ€ÐµÐ³ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñлектродвигателей поÑтоÑнного тока. Ð’ работе произведен раÑчет режимов Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° Ñтанке типа «Обрабатывающий центр», в качеÑтве примера приведена обработка, детали типа «Вал». ОÑущеÑтвлен выбор и произведен раÑчет ÑоÑтавлÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñлементов гибкого автоматизированного учаÑтка, на базе обрабатывающего центра.
