In work theoretical bases of functioning of system of internal control of commercial bank are described. The essence and a subject of internal control are considered, and also the standard and legal base is studied. The organizational and economic characteristic of activity of the organization is given, the technique of identification of the operations which are subject to obligatory control is presented.
