Abstract

В данной работе были рассмотрены основные моменты по зонированию территории, произведена оценка рекреационного потенциала города, а также разработаны мероприятия по очистки водоема от донных отложений и разработан план для обустройства прибрежной зоны озера Копа. Создание комфортных условий отдыха жителей: ·Обустройство пляжа; ·Строительство спортплощадок; ·Устройство оборудованных мест отдыха. Предложенные мероприятия по обустройству набережной будут способствовать повышению потенциала, привлечению туристических потоков, улучшению экологической, инвестиционно-экономической привлекательности региона.

In this paper we shall present basic essentials territorial zoning the estimation of the recreational potential of the city and developed measures for cleaning the reservoir from bed deposits and developed a plan for the resettlement of the coastal zone of Lake Kopa. Creation of comfortable conditions recreation for residents: ·Beach arrangement; ·Building playgrounds; ·A device equipped with resting places. Proposals for measures on arrangemet of the waterfront will promote capacity building, attracting tourist, economic and investment attractiveness of the region.
