Abstract

This work is devoted to the development of electric drive control system of the axis of mobility of the manipulator electronics NCTM-01. The paper presents the stepwise design of the hardware and software parts of the system with the required functionality. When developing the management system, identify the simple and cheap hardware solutions, but also provided all possible variants of the system in normal and emergency situations. For the developed system described in detail the algorithms and software modules designed to control system corresponding to a given functionality. Based on the description of the system was completed software initialization of the microcontroller for the correct operation and execution of all tasks.
