Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена разработке плазменного воздушно-дугового процеÑÑа нанеÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÑ€Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¹ на оÑнове керамики; иÑÑледованию вопроÑов иÑÐ¿Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾ÑˆÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ материала в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ напылениÑ, разработке Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑкÑперимента; математичеÑкому моделированию ÑвойÑтв плазмы. Ðа примере воздушной плазмы было проведено математичеÑкое моделирование процеÑÑа теплообмена в плазменной Ñтруе. Получены картины раÑÐ¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¼Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€, ÑкороÑтей и теплообмена в плазме.
This work is dedicated to the development of air plasma-arc coating process on the basis of ceramics; study questions evaporation of the powder material during the deposition, development of the technology of the experiment; mathematical modeling of plasma properties. For example, air plasma was carried out mathematical modeling of heat transfer in the plasma jet. Obtained temperature distribution pattern, the velocity and heat transfer in the plasma.
