Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке плазменного воздушно-дугового процесса нанесения покрытий на основе керамики; исследованию вопросов испарения порошкового материала в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ напыления, разработке Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ проведения эксперимента; математическому моделированию свойств плазмы. На примере воздушной плазмы было проведено математическое моделирование процесса теплообмена в плазменной струе. Получены картины распределения температур, скоростей и теплообмена в плазме.

This work is dedicated to the development of air plasma-arc coating process on the basis of ceramics; study questions evaporation of the powder material during the deposition, development of the technology of the experiment; mathematical modeling of plasma properties. For example, air plasma was carried out mathematical modeling of heat transfer in the plasma jet. Obtained temperature distribution pattern, the velocity and heat transfer in the plasma.
