Abstract

Данный дипломный проект, который носит название â€œÐ¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ обработки детали полумуфта” выполнен в соответствии с заданием и в полном объеме. Автором разработан прогрессивный Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс, который позволит эффективно выполнять повышенную годовую программу детали “полумуфта”. Это достигается за счет применения высокопроизводительного оборудования, инструмента и прогрессивной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ оснастки. Ð’ проекте проведено Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-экономическое обоснование по новой Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ и разработаны мероприятия по Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ðµ труда и безопасной работе на Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¾Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ°Ñ .

This thesis project, which is called “Technological process of machining a workpiece coupling half” is made in accordance with the mission and in full. The author developed a progressive process, which will allow to carry out effectively increased the annual program details “coupling”. This is achieved through the use of efficient equipment, tools and progressive tooling. In the project carried out feasibility study on new technology and measures on labour protection and safe work on machine tools.
