
Данный дипломный проект, который ноÑит название â€œÐ¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой обработки детали полумуфта†выполнен в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ и в полном объеме. Ðвтором разработан прогреÑÑивный Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкий процеÑÑ, который позволит Ñффективно выполнÑть повышенную годовую программу детали “полумуфтаâ€. Ðто доÑтигаетÑÑ Ð·Ð° Ñчет Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñокопроизводительного оборудованиÑ, инÑтрумента и прогреÑÑивной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой оÑнаÑтки. Ð’ проекте проведено Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-ÑкономичеÑкое обоÑнование по новой Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ и разработаны мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ðµ труда и безопаÑной работе на Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¾Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ°Ñ .
This thesis project, which is called “Technological process of machining a workpiece coupling half†is made in accordance with the mission and in full. The author developed a progressive process, which will allow to carry out effectively increased the annual program details “couplingâ€. This is achieved through the use of efficient equipment, tools and progressive tooling. In the project carried out feasibility study on new technology and measures on labour protection and safe work on machine tools.
