Abstract

Проанализировано назначение детали “вал” приведено описание конструкции. Сформулированы цели и задачи требующие решения в дипломном проекте. Выбран и обоснован способ получения исходной заготовки, оборудование, режущий и контрольно измерительный инструмент. Предложен вариант технологического процесса механической обработки детали. Рассчитаны режимы резания и выполнено нормирование технологических работ. Рассчитаны и спроектированы специальные станочные и контрольно-измерительные приспособления. Рассчитаны технико-экономические показатели, срок окупаемости проекта. Предложены мероприятия по технике безопасности и охране труда.

Analyzed the appointment details "shaft" design shows the description. The aims and objectives to be addressed in the thesis project. Selected and validated a method for producing the original blank, equipment, cutting, control and measuring tool. A variant of the process of machining parts. Cutting conditions are calculated and carried out the valuation process works. Designed and engineered a special machine tools and test devices. Designed technical and economic parameters, payback period. The measures on safety and labor protection.
