Модернизация станка типа ОЦ фирмы «ИННОЧЕНТИ»

Abstract

Тема настоящего дипломного проекта «Модернизация станка типа ОЦ фирмы «Инноченти» полностью отражена автором проекта. Им усовершенствован Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ привода подачи с заменой неэффективной червячной передачи на более совершенную винт - гайка. Это существенно улучшило Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÑƒÑŽ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÑƒ станка. При этом приведено Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾ - экономическое обоснование проекта и указаны условия безопасной работы Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ персонала на модернизированном станке.

The theme of this diploma project "Modernization of the MC type machine of firm "Innocenti" fully reflects the author of the project. They improved drive mechanism for filing the replacement of inefficient worm gear to a perfect screw - nut. This significantly improved the technical characteristics of the machine. This shows the technical - economic feasibility of the project and specify the conditions of safe work of technical personnel on the upgraded machine.
