Abstract

Темой дипломного проекта является: «Расточной обрабатывающий модуль». В работе приведена методика расчета - привода главного движения модернизированного станка, с заменой коробки скоростей расточного станка модели 2А622Ф3-1 на упрощенную с приводом от электродвигателя постоянного тока, с расчетом наиболее нагруженного вала модернизированного расточного станка, на жесткость и прочность с выбором его диаметра, а так же диаметров валов всей модернизированной коробки скоростей. В работе представлено описание гибкого автоматизированного участка для обработки детали типа «Плита», на модернизированном станке типа «обрабатывающий модуль». В дипломном проекте рассмотрены вопросы безопасности и экологичности работы на модернизированном станке типа «обрабатывающий модуль», а так же приведен расчет экономической эффективности использования нового оборудования.

The theme of the graduation project is: "Boring machining module. The paper presents method of calculation of the main drive of the modernized machine with the replacement gear box boring machine model 2А622F3-1 to the simplified driven by a DC motor, with the calculation of the most loaded upgraded shaft boring machine, rigidity and durability with a selection of its diameter and shaft diameters all the upgraded gears. The paper presents a description of the flexible automated processing site details the type of "Plate", on the upgraded machine such as "processing module". The thesis project discusses the issues of the safety and environmental work on the upgraded machine such as "processing module", and the calculation of economic efficiency of the new equipment.
