Abstract

Темой представленного дипломного проекта, является: «Специализированный токарный станок с ЧПУ». Дипломный проект содержит в себе, описание и методики расчета гидравлической системы приводов подач станка. Главными целями данной части комплексного дипломного проекта является внедрение гидропривода продольной подачи заднего суппорта токарного станка модели 1М63 и инструментальной оправки с функцией привода инструментов от гидравлической системы модернизированного станка. Данные изменения осуществлены, для внедрения сверления глубоких отверстий в специальных деталях квадратного сечения, для чего произведен расчет компоновочной схемы процесса обработки и внедрение дополнительных устройств - стол с вертлюгом.

В проекте осуществлен расчет и выбор режущего инструмента для обработки глубоких отверстий. В работе представлены расчеты режимов резания, как для типовых деталей, так и для сверления глубоких отверстий в деталях квадратного сечения. В дипломном проекте рассмотрены вопросы безопасности и экологичности работы на модернизированном станке, а так же приведен расчет экономической эффективности использования нового оборудования.

Topic of the presented diploma project is: "a Specialized lathe CNC". A thesis project contains a description and methodology for calculating hydraulic system feed drives of the machine. The main objectives of this part of the integrated Capstone project is the introduction of a hydraulic drive longitudinal feed rear caliper lathe model 1М63 and tool holder with tools driven from the hydraulic system of the upgraded machine. These changes are implemented, to implement the drilling of deep holes in the special parts of square section, for which the calculation of the layout scheme of the treatment process and the introduction of additional devices - Desk with swivel.

In the project calculation and selection of cutting tools for deep hole machining. The paper presents the calculations of modes of cutting, for standard parts and for drilling deep holes in parts of square section. The thesis project discusses the issues of the safety and environmental work on the upgraded machine, as well as the calculation of economic efficiency of the new equipment.
