Abstract

Тема дипломного проекта, называемая "Конструкторско-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ðµ и инструментальное обеспечение изготовления специальной фрезы", выполнена в соответствии с заданием и в полном объемы. Автором проекта предложена принципиально новая конструкция фрезерной головки, обеспечивающей различные профили обработки. Кроме того, предлагается новый способ крепления фрезерной головки с помощью гидрозажимной втулки. Промышленные испытания подтвердили высокую эффективность этой фрезы. Ð’ проекте рассмотрены также вопросы Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‹ труда и БЖД при работе Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ персонала на обрабатывающем оборудовании.

The theme of the graduation project, called "Design and technological tool maintenance manufacture special cutters", carried out in accordance with the job and in full. Author of the project proposed a fundamentally new design of the milling head, providing different processing profiles. In addition, it was proposed a new method of fixation of the milling head via hydroclamped sleeve. Industrial tests have confirmed the high efficiency of the mills. The project also addressed issues of occupational security health and safety of life at work technical staff on processing equipment.
