Abstract

Темой дипломного проекта является: «Расточной обрабатывающий модуль». Ð’ работе приведена методика расчета - привода подач модернизированного станка, с заменой коробки приводов подач расточного станка модели 2А622Ф3-1, от единого нерегулируемого двигателя переменного тока, на упрощенную с индивидуальными приводами подач от Ñ€ÐµÐ³ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ постоянного тока. Ð’ работе произведен расчет фрезерно-расточного шпинделя модернизированного станка, на прочность и жесткость с выбором подшипников качения - опор шпинделя и Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ на динамическую грузоподъемность и долговечность.

The theme of the graduation project is: "Boring machining module. This paper presents a method of calculating the axis drive system modernized of the machine, with the replacement gearbox feed boring machine model 2А622F3-1, from a single unregulated AC motor, to a simplified individual feed drives from adjustable high-torque DC motors. In work calculation of the milling and boring spindle retrofitted machine, for strength and rigidity with the choice of rolling bearings bearings, spindle and based on the dynamic load capacity and durability. The thesis project presented calculation system automatic tool changer with tool magazine, chain type and operator change tools that allows you to embed an upgraded machine, such as "processing module", the flexible automated section. The thesis project discusses the issues of the safety and environmental work on the upgraded machine such as "processing module", and the calculation of economic efficiency of the new equipment.

В дипломном проекте представлен расчет системы автоматической смены инструментов, с расчетом инструментального магазина, цепного типа и автооператора смены инструментов, что позволяет встраивать модернизированный станок, типа «обрабатывающий модуль», гибкий автоматизированный участок. В дипломном проекте рассмотрены вопросы безопасности и экологичности работы на модернизированном станке типа «обрабатывающий модуль», а так же приведен расчет экономической эффективности использования нового оборудования.
