Abstract

Темой дипломного проекта является: «Фрезерный обрабатывающий центр на базе универсального станка с ЧПУ». Ð’ работе приведены методики расчетов: привода главного движения и привода подач модернизированного станка, с заменой коробки скоростей фрезерного станка модели ВФ-63Ф3 на упрощенную с приводом от электродвигателя постоянного тока, а так же замена коробки подач на модернизированную с приводами от Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ постоянного тока. Ð’ дипломном проекте произведен расчет устройства автоматической смены инструментов, с расчетом ÐºÐ¸Ð½ÐµÐ¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð² инструментального магазина на 32 инструмента и цикла времени смены инструментов, что позволяет произвести встраивание модернизированного станка в гибкий автоматизированный участок.

The theme of the graduation project is: "Milling machining center on the basis of universal machine tools with CNC". The paper presents methods of calculation: main drive and feed drive of the modernized machine with the replacement gear box milling machine model VF-63Ф3 to the simplified driven by a DC motor, and replacing the feed boxes on a streamline with the actuators powered by high-torque DC motors. The thesis project produced a calculation device to automatically change tools, calculation of kinematic parameters of the tool magazine 32 tool and cycle time change tools that allows for the embedding of the upgraded machine in the flexible automated section.

Произведен расчет режимов резания для обработки детали типа «Фланец», на модернизированном станка типа «обрабатывающий центр». В дипломном проекте рассмотрены вопросы безопасности и экологичности работы на модернизированном станке типа «обрабатывающий центр», а так же приведен расчет экономической эффективности использования нового оборудования.

The calculation of modes of cutting for processing parts of type "Flange", the upgraded machine type "machining center". The thesis project discusses the issues of the safety and environmental work on the upgraded machine of the type "machining center", as well as the calculation of economic efficiency of the new equipment.
