The study solved problems: consider the nature, objectives and tasks of trade marketing activities of the enterprise; consider the basic directions of formation of the system of marketing activity of commercial enterprise; provide organizational and economic characteristics of the activities of the object of study of "HLB & M Hennes & Mauritz"; an analysis of the macro and the micro-marketing trade enterprises; to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities of commercial enterprise; submit their recommendations for improving the marketing activities of commercial enterprise.
