Abstract

Объект исследования - ООО «Эйч энд Эм Хеннес энд Мауриц». Цель исследования - анализ и совершенствование маркетинговой деятельности ООО «Эйч энд Эм Хеннес энд Мауриц». В ходе исследования были решены задачи: рассмотреть сущность, цели и задачи маркетинговой деятельности торгового предприятия; рассмотреть основные направления формирования системы маркетинговой деятельности торгового предприятия; дать организационно-экономическую характеристику деятельности объекта исследования ООО «Эйч энд Эм Хеннес энд Мауриц»; провести анализ маркетинговой макро- и микросреды торгового предприятия; дать оценку эффективности маркетинговой деятельности торгового предприятия; представить свои рекомендации по совершенствованию маркетинговой деятельности торгового предприятия.

The object of research - commercial enterprise LLC "HLB & M Hennes & Mauritz". The purpose of research - analysis and improvement of marketing activity of LLC "HLB & M Hennes & Mauritz". The study solved problems: consider the nature, objectives and tasks of trade marketing activities of the enterprise; consider the basic directions of formation of the system of marketing activity of commercial enterprise; provide organizational and economic characteristics of the activities of the object of study of "HLB & M Hennes & Mauritz"; an analysis of the macro and the micro-marketing trade enterprises; to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities of commercial enterprise; submit their recommendations for improving the marketing activities of commercial enterprise.
