Abstract

Объем дипломного проекта 73 страницы, он содержит 8 рисунков, 20 таблиц, 50 источников литературы. Целью данной работы является разработка и экономическое обоснование предложений по повышению эффективности деятельности загородного отеля путем продвижения новых услуг для сегмента «свадебный туризм». Объектом исследования дипломного проекта является отель «Загородный клуб Скандинавия и SPA». Предмет исследования - механизм создания и продвижения турпродукта «Свадебный букет» отеля «Загородный клуб Скандинавия и SPA». Дипломный проект состоит из введения, трех глав и заключения. Во введении выявляется актуальность выбранной темы, формулируются цель и задачи, и указывается объект и предмет исследования. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические основы оценки эффективности деятельности предприятий гостинично-туристского комплекса. Во второй главе проводится анализ хозяйственной деятельности и оценка эффективности деятельности отеля «Загородный клуб Скандинавия и SPA». В третьей главе обосновывается целевой сегмент «свадебный туризм», и на основании рассмотренных и рассчитанных показателей разработаны рекомендации по повышению эффективности деятельности предприятия гостинично-туристского комплекса. Заключение содержит основные выводы и предложения.

Volume graduation project 73 pages, it contains 8 figures, 20 tables, 50 literature sources. The aim of this work is to develop a feasibility study and proposals to improve the efficiency of a country hotel activity through the promotion of new services for the segment of "wedding tourism". The object of study of the graduation project is a hotel "Skandinavia Country Club and SPA».Subject of research - the mechanism of creation and promotion of tourist product "Wedding Bouquet" hotel "Skandinavia Country Club and SPA». The degree project consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the chosen topic, formulated the goal and objectives, and specify the object and subject of study. The first chapter deals with the theoretical basis of evaluation of the efficiency of enterprises of hotel and tourist complex. The second chapter analyzes the economic activity and assessment of the effectiveness of the hotel "Skandinavia Country Club and SPA». The third chapter is justified target segment "wedding tourism", and on the basis of the considered and calculated indicators developed recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the company of hotel and tourist complex. Conclusion contains the main conclusions and recommendations.
