Современные методы управления товарными запасами на предприятии торговли

Abstract

В работе рассмотрены методы управления товарными запасами на примере предприятия ООО «ДЛ-Декор». Внесены предложения по использованию современных методов и даны рекомендации по оптимизации управления товарными запасами.

The paper discusses the inventory management methods on the example of the enterprise of "DL -Decor". Proposals for the use of modern methods and recommendations for optimizing inventory management .
