Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная (дипломная) работа посвящена проблемам банкротства физических лиц в Российской Федерации. Рассматриваются становление правового обеспечения банкротства физических лиц в Российской Федерации, процедура и основные особенности несостоятельности (банкротства) отдельных категорий граждан, проблемы законодательного регулирования и правоприменительной практики признания физического лица банкротом, а также пути совершенствования и перспективы развития нормативно-правовой базы банкротства физических лиц в Российской Федерации.

This thesis is devoted to the problems of the bankruptcy of physical persons in the Russian Federation. We consider the establishment of a legal provision of bankruptcy of physical persons in the Russian Federation, the procedure and the main features of insolvency (bankruptcy) of certain categories of citizens, the problems of legal regulation and practice of recognition of an individual bankrupt, as well as ways to improve and prospects of development of the legal framework bankruptcy of natural persons in the Russian Federation.
