Abstract

Ð’ данной выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается правовое положение Ð¸Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹, Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² и представительств в Российской Федерации. Для этого была проанализирована деятельность Ð¸Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑŽÑ€Ð¸Ð´Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ñ† в России, были выявлены основные правила Ð¸Ñ Ð°ÐºÐºÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ и регистрации филиалов и представительств. Так же было проведено исследование на предмет Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð½Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼, которые регулируют правосубъектность Ð¸Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑŽÑ€Ð¸Ð´Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ñ†, практика Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ.

In this final qualification work examines the legal status of foreign organizations, their branches and representative offices in the Russian Federation. To do this, we analyzed the activities of foreign legal entities in Russia, identified the main rules of their accreditation and registration of branches and representative offices. Also, a study was conducted on the subject of international and national legal norms, which regulate the legal personality of foreign legal entities, practice of their application.
