Ð’ работе исследуются проблемы соотношения ÑƒÐ½Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ñ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ñ„ÐµÐ´ÐµÑ€Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ð² в государственном устройстве.

In this final qualification thesis the general characteristic of forms of the gosudarstenny device is considered, such subsections as a concept, forms and the principles of a state system, the principles of the unitary and federal structure of the state are considered: contents and ratio.In work problems of a ratio of the unitary and federal principles in a state system are investigated.
