
Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð² работе были многоÑлойные изноÑоÑтойкие наплавки из Ñтали Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ€Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ñитно-ауÑтенитной и перлито- ферритной Ñтруктурами, полученные ручной дуговой наплавкой. ПроводилиÑÑŒ иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° микротвердоÑть, изноÑоÑтойкоÑть и твердоÑть. ПрименÑлиÑÑŒ методы микротвердоÑти и оптичеÑкой металлографии. Ð˜Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð¾ÑоÑтойкоÑти проводилиÑÑŒ на ÑкÑпериментальной уÑтановке. Ðа оÑновании проведенных иÑÑледований изучена ÑвÑзь Ñтруктурно-фазового ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ðº Ñ Ð¼Ð¸ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ€Ð´Ð¾Ñтью, изноÑоÑтойкоÑтью и твердоÑтью. Проведенные иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ð»Ð¸ Ñделать выводы об иÑпользовании и увеличении Ñрока Ñлужбы многоÑлойных наплавок.
The object of the research was the multilayer deposition of wear resistant steel with a ferrite-perlite-austenite and martensite structures obtained by manual arc welding. Research was conducted on the hardness, micro-hardness and wear resistance. We used the methods of optical metallography and micro-hardness. Measurement of wear resistance was conducted using the experimental apparatus. On the basis of the research studied the connection of structural and phase state of built-up layers with a hardness, micro-hardness and wear resistance. The investigations led to the findings on the use and increasing of the life of the multilayer buildups.
