Abstract

С помощью ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´ÑÑ‚Ð² компьютерной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ произведен прочностной расчет звена цепи в пакете SolidWorks методом ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð².

The purpose of work: understand the causes of failure of the chain gears through mathematical modeling, using a one-dimensional and three-dimensional models of gear. In master's thesis successively is presented an overview of the chain drive, the traditional approaches of calculation gear. With the help of modern computer technology calculated the strength of the chain link in the package SolidWorks finite element method. Presented two problems for the chain as the elastic thread. Stationary task is solved at the contour motion chain. Investigated the wave process in a chain-based model of a straight bar. Presented the conclusions of the work done.
