Ð’ данной работе раÑчитан и Ñпроектирован широкорегулируемый ДПТ мощноÑтью 40 кВт, 440 Ð’ и 775/3800 , Ñтепенью защищенноÑти от внешних воздейÑтвий IP23, ÑпоÑобом монтажа IM2101 и ÑпоÑобом Ð¾Ñ…Ð»Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ IC06 (Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð²Ð¸Ñимой вентилÑцией). Определены главные размеры, Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð², макÑимальные индукции во вÑех Ñлементах машины, коÑффициент наÑыщениÑ, Ñ€ÐµÐ°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐДС, факторы нагрева и итоговый КПД. ПоÑтроена картина Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð½Ñ‹, ее механичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ…Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ñтика при поÑтоÑнном потоке, завиÑимоÑть КПД от коÑффициента нагрузки.
In this work is targeted and designed widely adjustable DC motor power 40 kW , 440 V and n_n / n_max = 775/3800 min ^ ( - 1 ) , the degree of protection against external influences IP23, mounting method and IM2101 Cooling method IC06 ( with independent ventilation ) . Identify the main dimensions, the geometry of the grooves , the maximum induction in all elements of the machine , the saturation factor , reactive EMF heating factors and total efficiency. Build a picture of the field of the machine , its mechanical characteristics at a constant flow , the efficiency of the dependence on the load factor.
