Транспортный модуль автомата дозирования

Abstract

Бакалаврская работа посвящена разработке транспортного модуля автомата дозирования, обеспечивающий транспортирование банок между позициями. Обоснована структурная Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° автомата. Разработана конструкция поворотно-фиксирующего Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° с комбинированным приводом. Разработана пневмо-кинематическая ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° транспортного модуля. Составлены циклограмма работы транспортного модуля и структурно-функциональная ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° устройства управления автомата дозирования. Представлены расчеты Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° и фиксатора. Смоделирована работа пневмопривода. Разработаны комплект ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼ и общие виды автомата дозирования и поворотно-фиксирующего Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð°.

Bachelor's work is devoted to the development of the transport module dispensing machine, ensuring transportation of the cans between the positions. Substantiates block flow diagram of the machine. A swivel-design of the locking mechanism with a combined drive. A pneumatic vehicle kinematics module. Compiled sequence diagram of the transport unit and the structural-functional diagram of the control unit dispensing machine. Calculations ratchet and lock. It simulates a pneumatic actuator. Developed a set of diagrams and common types of automatic dosing and tilt-lock mechanism.
