Целью магистерской диссертации является исследование и разработка автомата для изготовления заготовок Ð±ÑƒÐ¼Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°ÐºÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð². Актуальность темы объясняется ростом спроса на бумажные пакеты, стремлением к использованию ÑÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÐ¿Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² для упаковывания Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð² мелкосерийной промышленности, а так же отсутствием Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑÐ¸Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ð² на рынке пакетоделательного оборудования. Представлен обзор научно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ и патентной литературы, разработана Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ изготовления заготовки пакета, определены аналоги разработанного автомата. Приведена пневматическая ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° автомата. Приведена электрическая ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° автомата. Разработана система управления и выбраны элементы измерительно - информационной системы. Приведена структурно-функциональная ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° системы управления. Разработаны циклограмма и алгоритм работы автомата. Представлены конструкции модулей автомата и конструкция автомата в целом. Представлены расчеты элементов автомата.

The purpose of the master thesis is research and development of the automatic machine for production of preparations of paper bags. Relevance of a subject is explained by increase in demand for paper bags, aspiration to use of eco-friendly packing materials for packing of various goods of the small-scale industry, and also absence of the Russian analogs the market of the equipment for the production of bags. The review of scientific and technical and patent literature is submitted, the manufacturing techniques of preparation of a package are developed, analogs of the developed automatic machine are defined. The pneumatic scheme of the automatic machine is provided. The electric circuit of the automatic machine is given. The control system is developed and elements of measurement - information system are chosen. The structurally functional scheme of a control system is provided. The cyclogram and algorithm of operation of the automatic machine are developed. Designs of modules of the automatic machine and a design of the automatic machine in general are presented. Calculations of elements of the automatic machine are presented.
