Abstract

Учебное пособие подготовлено в соответствии с требованиями Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта высшего образования по направлению подготовки 38.04.02 «Менеджмент» (квалификация «Магистр»), профиль подготовки «Менеджмент человеческих ресурсов». Рассматриваются методологические и научно-практические аспекты технологий формирования модели компетенций и регламентов, используемых для ее разработки. На конкретных примерах отрабатывается современный инструментарий их реализации. Учебное пособие подготовлено для студентов, аспирантов, слушателей высших экономических школ и иных учебных заведений системы подготовки и переподготовки кадров, а также в помощь практическим работникам, проявляющим интерес к инновационным проектам в области HR-менеджмента.
