Abstract

В учебном пособии раскрыты сущность, содержание ценных бумаг, их классификация; изложены основные виды ценных бумаг, используемые на рынке недвижимости и в банковской сфере. Рассмотрено и утверждено на заседании кафедры финансов, денежного обращения и кредита 3 мая 2011 г., протокол № 10. Предназначено для изучения дисциплины «Рынок ценных бумаг» студентами всех форм обучения, получающими степень бакалавра, магистра по направлению 080100 «Экономика» и по специальности 080109 «Бухгалтерский учет, анализ и аудит».
