Abstract

Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов специальностей "Управление и информатика в технических системах" (210100) и "Вычислительные машины, комплексы, системы и сети" (220100), выполняющих учебно-исследовательские работы по курсу "Теория и схемотехника операционных устройств". По каждой теме дана программа исследований с краткими комментариями и методическими указаниями, а также приведены условные обозначения, функциональные схемы и описание работы серийных интегральных схем, на базе которых выполняется исследование.

Печатается по решению редакционно-издательского совета Санкт-Петербургского технического университета.
