Abstract

Ð’ пособии излагается часть курса «Физические и Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ свойства полупроводников», посвященная дефектам полу проводников. Рассмотрены тепловые, электронные и точечные дефекты кристаллов. Особое внимание уделено примесям и основам легирования полупроводников. С Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ изложены вопросы равновесия и взаимодействия дефектов, приводятся линейные и Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ дефекты материалов, обсуждается влияние дефектов на электрические свойства полупроводников. Эти разделы имеют исключительно большое значение для понимания свойств Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð². Пособие предназначено для студентов спец. 0643, а также аспирантов и Ð½Ð°ÑƒÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð², ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ в области физики и Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð¸ полупроводников.
