Abstract

Соответствует содержанию федеральной дисциплины "Регуляция внутриклеточных процессов" для обучающихся по направлению подготовки 010600 (511600) "Прикладные математика и физика", магистерской про­граммы 010600.68.03 (511682) "Физико-химическая биология и биотехнология". Изложены физико-химические и молекулярно-биологические основы одного из базовых процессов обеспечения жизнедеятельности клетки и организма в целом - везикулярного транспорта. Описаны основные стадии транспортного процесса и различные группы белков, участвующих в их регуляции, обсуждены современные гипотезы функционирования биосинтетического (экзоцитозного) и эндоцитозного путей. Предназначено для студентов пятого и шестого курсов факультета медицинской физики и биоинженерии, изучающих механизмы регуляции внутриклеточных процессов.

Печатается по решению редакционно-издательского совета Санкт-Петербургского государственного политехнического университета.
