Соответствует содержанию федеральной дисциплины «Литейное производство» государственного образовательного стандарта по направлению 22.03.02 «Металлургия» (уровень бакалавриата). Содержит общую Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÑƒ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса получения отливок в Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑ‡Ð°Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ , описание устройства Ð¿ÐµÑÑ‡Ð°Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ и Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ð¹ для Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ оснастки. Знакомит с процессами приготовления Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ ÑÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð½ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¼ÐµÑÐµÐ¹, со способами изготовления Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ и стержней при ручной формовке, плавкой и обработкой сплавов в жидком состоянии, с финишными операциями и контролем качества отливок. Изложен порядок выполнения Ð»Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ по изготовлению Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ из ÑÑ‹Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑ‡Ð°Ð½Ð¾-Ñ‚Ð¸Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¼ÐµÑÐµÐ¹ по разъемной модели, с «болваном» и по неразъемной модели с подрезкой. Предназначено для студентов третьего курса, Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ по направлению бакалавриата 22.03.02 «Металлургия» и Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¸ÑÑ†Ð¸Ð¿Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ñƒ «Литейное производство». Может быть использовано студентами Ð½ÐµÐ¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»ÑƒÑ€Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹, Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑŽ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð² в машиностроении.
