Abstract

Пособие соответствует государственному образовательному стандарту дисциплины «Основы экономики и организации строительства» направления подготовки бакалавров 550100 «Строительство». Рассмотрены правила построения и расчета ÑÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² в строительстве, вопросы составления калькуляций стоимости Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð², каталога ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ†ÐµÐ½Ð¾Ðº на выполнение видов работ и ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð², а также локального сметного расчета и определение Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ выполнения работ с использованием ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð»Ð¸ Ð²ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð¼ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ и расценок. Задания представляют собой конкретные условия производственной деятельности ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ и Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ†. Предназначено для студентов 3-4-го курса инженерно-строительного факультета, Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¸ÑÑ†Ð¸Ð¿Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ñƒ «Основы организации и экономики строительства», а также для инженерно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹.
