Abstract

Пособие соответствует государственному образовательному стандарту дисциплины Â«ÐŸÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ и педагогика». Ð’ учебном, пособии излагается проблема лидерства на примере практического опыта и Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð·Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ±ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ð². Наиболее подробно рассмотрены модели стилей руководства и лидерства: от базовой триады Курта Левина до ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹, Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾ÑÑÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ к концу двадцатого столетия и Ð²ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð² себя множеегво Ð²Ð·Ð°Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ . Кроме этого, вкратце затронут гендерный аспект стилей лидерства и коучинг в лидерстве. Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов, Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð½ÑƒÑŽ дисциплину, а также для специалистов, Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐ°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ²Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸ÑŽ в области Ð¿ÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ менеджмента.
