Abstract

Соответствуют действующему учебному плану ММФ, дисциплине «Расчет и конструирование станков» цикла ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¸ÑÑ†Ð¸Ð¿Ð»Ð¸Ð½, ÑƒÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð²Ð»Ð¸Ð²Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¡Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ вуза (факультета), направлению подготовки магистров «Металлорежущие станки». Рассмотрены основные вопросы проектирования наиболее Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÑÐ¿ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ½ÑƒÑ‚Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ (ГСН) с дроссельной ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð¾Ð¹ регулирования для Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÐ·Ð»Ð¾Ð² Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¾Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ¾Ð² и ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑÐ¾Ð². Показана методика для оценки динамического качества, основанная на аппарате теории автоматического регулирования. Приведены алгоритмы формирования математической модели, расчета амплитудно-Ñ‡Ð°ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ñ„Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ñ‡Ð°ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº ГСН, Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð² при Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ . Предназначены для студентов дневной и вечерней форм обучения по специальности 151002 «Металлообрабатывающие станки и комплексы» при выполнении Ð¿Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚, курсового и дипломного проектирования, НИРи НИОКР, самостоятельной работы и др.
