Abstract

Рассмотрены системы и средства управления автоматическим циклом в сварочном производстве, характеристики объектов и систем регулирования при различных способах сварки, вопросы программирования, моделирования и оптимизации сварочных операций, необходимые при построении гибких автоматизированных производств (ГАП) сварных конструкций. Описаны методики разработки схем дискретных автоматов, способы получения информации о сварочном процессе, примеры алгоритмического и технологического обеспечения ГАП. Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов специальности «Металлургия и технология сварочного производства», изучающих курсы «Электросварочное оборудование» и «Механизация и автоматизация сварочного производства», а также для студентов других специальностей и слушателей факультета повышения квалификации дипломированных инженеров.
