Многоканальная система финансирования учреждений высшего образования

Abstract

Рассматривается система финансирования деятельности вуза в ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ , источники привлечения средств, Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ñ‹ финансирования, условия налогообложения и экономическая оценка деятельности вуза. Излагаются и анализируются финансовые ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ обеспечения образования, принятые в Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð°Ñ . Описывается система многоканального финансового обеспечения вузов в ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑÐ¸Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ системы образования. Излагаются принципы применения Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¿Ð¾ÑÐ¾Ð±Ð¾Ð² привлечения средств (ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ðµ, государственно-частное партнерство, эндаумент-фонды). Ð’ приложении приводится статистический материал, отражающий функционирование системы образования в последние годы. Пособие рекомендуется студентам, изучающим дисциплину "Менеджмент в непроизводственной сфере", а также специалистам, занятым в системе управления образовательными учреждениями.

Печатается по решению редакционно-издательского совета Санкт-Петербургского государственного Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ университета.
