Контроль и диагностика вибрации роторов Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½

Abstract

В учебном пособии описывается организация контроля вибрации роторов паротурбинных установок. В основу учебного пособия положены материалы соответствующих ГОСТов по контролю вибрации роторов. Имеется описание датчиков вибрации и соответствующих систем измерения. В учебном пособии содержится часть, посвященная вибрационной диагностике роторов. В разделе рассмотрены соответствующие примеры диагностирования конкретных неисправностей роторов. В учебном пособии приведен список и дано краткое описание программ расчета динамики роторов. Использование указанных программ позволяет выполнить численное моделирование некоторых неисправностей, характерных для роторов турбин. Работа с рассмотренными программами расчетов позволяет уточнить алгоритмы диагностирования нарушений в работе или неисправностей роторов.
