Abstract

Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов бакалавриата, обучающихся по направлениям 19.03.01 «Биотехнология» и 19.03.04 «Технология продукции и организация общественного питания». Целью пособия является формирование иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции, способности иноязычного общения в профессиональных, деловых и научных сферах. Каждый из пяти уроков пособия содержит тексты профессиональной направленности, которые сопровождаются упражнениями, направленными на проверку понимания их содержания, работу над общенаучной и профессиональной лексикой. В каждый урок включены грамматические упражнения, большое внимание уделяется развитию навыков говорения, аудирования и перевода.
