Abstract

Ð’ пособии изложена методика проведения Ð»Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ по дисциплинам «Основы Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ машиностроения» и Â«Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ машиностроения». Рассмотрены вопросы определения жесткости Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¾Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ¾Ð², размерного износа режущего инструмента, Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ системы и точности обработки, в том числе при работе на Ð½Ð°ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ°Ñ . Показано влияние режимов резания и геометрии инструмента на погрешность формы, качество обработанной Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸, а также интенсивность и частоту вибрации. Описаны способы размерной наладки станков и сборки узлов и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð². Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов вузов, Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ по направлениям подготовки Â«Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ машины и оборудование». Оно может быть также использовано при обучении студентов по направлениям подготовки «Конструкторско-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ðµ обеспечение Ð¼Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð²Â» и «Машиностроение», в ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ квалификации, в ÑƒÑ‡Ñ€ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑÑ Ð´Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ профессионального образования.
