Защита интеллектуальной собственности и основы патентоведения

Abstract

В пособии изложены основы защиты интеллектуальной собственности в соответствии с требованиями к выпускникам высших учебных заведений. Рассмотрено понятие интеллектуальной собственности, права обладателей авторского и смежных прав, порядок их передачи, защита прав интеллектуальной собственности и маркетинговых обозначений. Даны основы патентоведения, рассмотрена международная система патентной защиты и особенности патентования некоторых изобретений. Приведены методические рекомендации по подготовке заявки на выдачу патента.
