Abstract

В курсе рассматриваются опасности для человека, которые могут возникнуть при чрезвычайных ситуациях природного, техногенного, военного характера. Значительное внимание уделено поражающим факторам чрезвычайных ситуаций и возможным способам защиты от них. Изложены мероприятия защиты населения, которые проводит учебное заведение страны как часть (объект) Единой государственной системы предупреждения и ликвидации последствий любых чрезвычайных ситуаций. Дан наглядный материал средств индивидуальной и коллективной защиты населения, а также способы проведения частичной санитарной обработки в условиях радиационного загрязнения, химического и биологического заражения. Наглядный материал учебного пособия будет полезен для всех студентов, которые интересуются вопросами собственной безопасности в чрезвычайных ситуациях природного, техногенного и военного характера.
