Abstract

Пособие соответствует государственному образовательному стандарту дисциплины «Психология делового общения» направления бакалаврской и магистерской подготовки 521000 (540500) «Психология и педагогика». Рассмотрены модели проведения переговоров и продаж в организации. Приведены задания для самостоятельной работы к курсу «Психология делового общения», направленные на осознание психологии и механизмов коммуникативных процессов и отработку конкретных навыков. Предназначено для студентов факультета экономики и менеджмента, гуманитарного факультета, технических факультетов, изучающих дисциплину «Психология делового общения».
