Abstract

Учебное пособие по дисциплине «Принятие решений в чрезвычайных ситуациях» посвящен теории и практике принятия управленческих решений, в том числе в условиях возможных чрезвычайных ситуаций. В нем подробно рассмотрены основные этапы принятия и реализации решений. Особое внимание уделено аналитическим и графическим способам определения причин возникновения проблем, методам разработки вариантов управленческих решений, способам оценки и выбору решений в условиях определенности, риска и неопределенности. Рассмотрены вопросы использования коллегиальности при принятии решений. Опорный конспект предназначен для использования в учебном процессе для подготовки студентов высшего учебного заведения, обучающихся по направлениям подготовки «Техносферная безопасность» (20.03.01; 20.04.01; 20.06.01).
